Jeff Binsbacher

Owner and Operator

Jeff spent eight years in commercial and residential construction, beginning his career in home inspections with ABA Inspections and Consulting in 1997. ABA was acquired in 2003 by Land America Property Inspection Services, and Jeff was retained as a lead inspector. During his time with LAPIS, he performed in the top 10% across the country in the number of inspections performed and client retention rates. In 2009, Jeff and Rick Heyl joined to establish R. Heyl and Associates to bring high customer satisfaction to the forefront of the home inspection industry. Jeff leads with 25 years of experience and over 14,000 home inspections under his belt. When not working, Jeff enjoys sharing his expertise and insight at real estate meetings and seminars across the St. Louis area.

Brandon Caldwell

ASHI/ACI Certified Inspector # 258507

Brandon spent his early career years in The United States Navy. During training, he graduated top of his Naval Aviation Technical School class and was certified as an Aviation Structural Mechanic. Throughout his career, he received meritorious promotions until his final promotion to Collateral Duty Inspector. He received an honorable discharge in January 2015 and transitioned immediately to home inspection upon leaving.

In January 2015, Brandon began his intensive six-month training period, attended over 200 inspections, and passed his ASHI National Home Inspector Exam during his first sitting. Working alongside his stepfather, Jeff Binsbacher of R. Heyl & Associates, he has completed over 2,500 home inspections.
