Our Buyer’s Inspection empowers you to know the true value of your potential property. This is a comprehensive assessment of your home’s interior and exterior systems and components. Any problems identified will be listed on your detailed report within 24 hours, giving you the opportunity to make the best decisions moving forward.
Pre-Listing (Seller’s) Inspection
Know ahead of time any issues that may be found later by buyers. Factor them into your market price or opt to fix them with a company you choose. Your buyers will appreciate your willingness to go the extra mile. Give yourself and your buyers peace of mind.
New Construction Inspection
Building a new home involves lengthy processes with many people involved. The more people involved, the more chances for mistakes to happen. Crossroads Home Inspection will ensure major systems and electrical are correctly installed, and in working order, framing and foundation are structurally sound. Be sure of your satisfaction before taking the keys to your new home!
11-Month (Builder’s) Warranty
A newly built home is only complete once it’s withstood all four seasons. We offer this service at the end of the 11-month of your first-year builder’s warranty period. Doing so will give you the opportunity to turn in your comprehensive report to your builder with the maximum amount of time for issues to arise.
Home Maintenance Inspection
Our home maintenance inspection will clear up any concerns you may have about the health of your home. We check all your home’s main systems, including, but not limited to, roofing, walls, foundation, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, for any red flags.
Commercial Property Inspection
Commercial property inspections primarily focus on the structural integrity of your future investment. Our certified inspectors will check walls, roofing, and flooring for evidence of moisture, damage, and pests. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC will be inspected for proper installation and working conditions.
Re-Inspections are offered to previous clients with repairs completed post initial inspection. Upon request and agreed upon fee, we can return to ensure that your repairs were completed efficiently and thoroughly.
Radon is a naturally occurring gas that can’t be seen or smelled and is the second leading cause of lung cancer. Crossroads offers testing to ensure the levels are within the EPA recommended range.
A WDO inspection is a comprehensive investigation of your property to determine any past, present, or future presence of wood-destroying organisms.
Well Water Testing
It’s easy to take for granted that well water is clean and safe to consume. The truth is that is hardly the case—many contaminants or tasteless, odorless, and microscopic. Our Inspectors test for particulates, minerals, bacteria, and pH, to ensure your water is safe for consumption.
Mold/Air Quality Testing
Mold left unchecked indoors can wreak havoc on the structure of your home and your family’s health. A professional mold test starts with a visual examination of your property. We will do indoor air quality samples on each floor. Our certified inspectors inspect for any signs of past and present water damage or intrusion.
The sewer lateral connects your home to the main sewer line. We will provide a camera inspection of subgrade sewer lines and provide narated video and still photos. Our inspection can help pinpoint any risks of sewer damage that may not be readily visible.
Septic systems are located underground and are “out of sight, out of mind” to most homeowners. Our Septic Inspections ensure that your system is operating at peak performance and investigates for any potential leaks and damage, as well as ensuring the system is up to currently accepted standards.
